Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs) are innovative digital price tags designed to replace traditional paper labels in retail environments. Electronic price tags use wireless technology to communicate with a central hub to form a dynamic pricing automation network.

 

As per FSSAI regulations of Food Safety and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020. Starting October 2023 mentioning “Best before date” & “Date of manufacture” will be mandatory.
